Are you getting a message that your meter is not a smart meter even though it has just been installed?

It can indeed take a few days before it is recognized as such in our systems. You will receive a notification as soon as it is recognized as a smart meter.

Don't forget to give your permission for automatic meter readings so you can closely monitor your energy consumption.
