How do I give permission for automatic meter reading?

Giving your permission for the automatic reading of your meter readings can be done directly in the My Sibelga app:

• When you add a new meter in the app, you will be asked to give your permission for automatic meter reading.
• You can also activate this later in the app: go to the properties of your meter by clicking on the small gear icon at the top right and enable automatic reading.

Please note:
If you have remote reading enabled, your consumption data will automatically be sent to your energy supplier. This legal change requires nothing from you - it simply ensures your supplier always has the latest data for your bills and account management.
